  • The name “KANNA AL-ABDAA” is the official English translation of our Arabic company name as registered by the Saudi government authority. We operate commercially under the brand “Kanaa” and our online store at thekanaa.com .

  • Registration: Certain features (e.g., order tracking, submitting reviews) require an account. You will have to provide accurate, complete, and current information and update it as necessary. There is an option to purchase / checkout using GUEST MODE , which doesn't require creating an account.

• 4. Orders, Purchases & Refunds
  • Offer & Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. www.thekanaa.com may accept or reject any order at our discretion. In case an accepted order is Rejected or Cancelled by www.thekanaa.com, the company will ensure that an amount equivalent to the order value will be refunded through the original mode of payment and the customer would be informed via email, call and whatsapp about the reason for rejection/ cancellation.

• 15. Chargebacks & Payment Authorization (All Cards)

  Payments made using any credit / debit cards or BNPL instruments are secured with two-factor authentication (2FA) and a one-time password (OTP) and telephone verifications .

  By completing a transaction, the customer confirms that the payment has been authorized by them and they are the authorized user / owner beneficiary of the aforesaid payment instrument (Credit Card Debit Card, BNPL account)

  In cases if the OTP or authentication process has been breached before placing the order on the website , www.thekanaa.com might not be held responsible.

  In case the order is shipped and delivered to the recipient , www.thekanaa.com shall not be held liable and is not obligated to accept or honour any chargeback requests arising from such transactions.
