1. Shipping Charges
- At the moment, Kanaa is offering Free Shipping to all its customers across the kingdom. There are no shipping charges, irrespective of the order value and the size of the shipments.
2. Shipping Across KSA.
- Kanaa, through its logistics partners is delivering shipments to all the locations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Serviced by Saudi Post & AJEX).
- Kanaa doesn’t offer shipments outside of the KSA to other GCC countries or any other global destination.
3. Order processing & Shipping Time
- Depending on the products ordered, Kanaa Processing team may take anywhere between 1-2 days to process the shipment and hand it over to the shipping partner.
- Depending on the destination (region), the shipping partner may take anywhere from 1-3 days to deliver the products.
- In certain instances, we would be offering Same Day / Next Day Delivery in Jeddah and Riyadh respectively. Please refer to the product Page for these delivery options.
4. Tracking your Order
You can track your order using the following 3 options.

Tracking using “MY ACCOUNT”
- Go to My Orders in your account.
- Click Track Shipment on the order you want to track.
- You’ll see real-time updates from the courier.
- This facility is available only for customers who have signed up with thekanaa.com.

All the customers would receive a WhatsApp message with a tracking link – once the shipment is handed over to the logistics partner. Use this link to track the order.
