Product Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Price Match Challenge, the following conditions must be met:

Product Match

The item must be identical to the one sold at Kanaa:

Same brand
Same model / version
Same color / size (where applicable)

Competitor Criteria

The competitor must:

Be based within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
This policy applies only to approved competitors (All the online retailers operating in KSA).

Timeframe

The lower price must be found same day of your purchase from Kanaa and can be notified to us by email or whatsapp within 5 days of purchase.

Proof Required

Customers must provide:

A. Purchase Invoice from Kanaa
B. Date of purchase
C. Picture or screenshot of the competitor price
D. Link to the competitor product page.
E. Picture of the product (optional but recommended)
